(c) Summary: the target of the project is the production of high-octane gasoline
components – Dimat, tertio-amyl-methyl-ether (TAME) and
methyl-tertiary-butyl-ether (MTBE) for the increase of the octane stock of
motor gasoline, which will allow production of the whole volume of gasoline
in conformance with EN 228:2008 standard requirements with RON=95

Complex structure: Section 100 –
dimerization (polymerization) of propylene to produce the high-octane gasoline component. Feed— propane-propylene cut from the FCC unit. Section 200 – etherification of
isobutylene by ethanol (methanol) within the butane-butylenes cut of the FCC
unit. Section 300 – selective conversion of the reaction active isoamylene to
produce light high-octane gasoline with decreased olefins content/

Main products are
motor gasoline, including high-octane gasoline, different fuels, including
environmental friendly diesel fuel with sulphur content of 0,005, household
gas, technical butane, isopentane, vacuum gasoil, bitumen, sulphur. From 2003
the refinery has an ISO 9001-2000 Quality Certificate. The share of certified
products makes up 98,4 % of the total output.
